Koinx is a personal finance tracking app that helps you log expenses, manage budgets, and work toward financial goals. It is operated by Angel Oran as a personal indie project.

2. Not Financial Advice

Koinx and its AI coach Koi provide informational tools and suggestions only. Nothing in the app constitutes professional financial, investment, tax, or legal advice. Always consult a qualified professional before making financial decisions.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use Koinx. By using the app, you confirm that you meet this requirement.

4. Your Account

You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure. Notify us immediately at team@koinx.app if you suspect unauthorized access to your account. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.

5. Subscriptions and Billing

• Koinx offers a free tier and a paid subscription (Koinx Premium).
• Subscriptions are processed through Apple App Store or Google Play — billing, refunds, and cancellations are governed by the respective platform's terms.
• You may restore previous purchases at any time from within the app.
• We do not handle or store your payment information directly.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use Koinx for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract source code from the app
• Interfere with the app's servers, infrastructure, or other users
• Use automated tools to access the app in unauthorized ways
• Misrepresent your identity or impersonate others

7. Intellectual Property

All content, branding, design, and code in Koinx are owned by or licensed to Angel Oran. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without written permission.

8. Your Data

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

Koinx is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that the app will be error-free, uninterrupted, secure, or meet your specific requirements.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Angel Oran shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, Koinx.
